INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP AND ASSIGNMENT DECLARATION

This Intellectual Property Ownership and Assignment Declaration (“Declaration”) is made and executed on this 25th day of May, 2025, by Vasif Eyvazzade (“Assignor”), in recognition of his role as Inventor, Founder & Architect of the CCEI World Culture Index (“Index”), and is made in favor of the Chartered Culture and Education Institute, a business entity organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States (“Assignee” or “CCEI”).

1. Assignment of Intellectual Property

The Assignor hereby assigns, transfers, conveys, and delivers to CCEI all rights, title, interest, and ownership in and to the World Culture Index and all associated intellectual property (“Intellectual Property”), including all present and future rights worldwide.
This assignment is permanent, irrevocable, and perpetual, and shall remain binding upon the Assignor and all successors, heirs, and assigns.

2. Scope of the Intellectual Property Assigned

The Intellectual Property assigned to CCEI includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1. The name “World Culture Index” and any variations, abbreviations, or translations
2. The conceptual design, pillars, domains, methodology, indicators, KPIs, and scoring formulas
3. All benchmarking, ranking, evaluation, and diagnostic models and instruments
4. The data architecture, dashboard logic, digital structure, and platform concepts
5. All written, visual, educational, curriculum, certification, and training materials arising from or derived from the Index
6. All brand language, terminology, and narrative frameworks associated with the Index
7. All present and future versions, refinements, adaptations, and technological evolutions of the Index
8. All translations, derivative works, and future index expansions created by CCEI or by authorized third parties

This Declaration extends to the full current and future evolution of the World Culture Index in all formats and applications.

3. Moral Rights and Attribution

The parties acknowledge and agree that Vasif Eyvazzade is and shall always be publicly recognized as:

Inventor, Founder & Architect of the CCEI World Culture Index

This attribution shall be respected in academic references, publications, presentations, and organizational communications.
This clause ensures authorial legacy and does not limit CCEI’s ownership rights.

4. Exclusive Ownership and Use Rights

Following execution of this Declaration:

• Ownership of the Index shall reside exclusively with CCEI
• The Index may be used, licensed, sublicensed, commercialized, modified, or distributed solely at the discretion of CCEI
• No nonprofit organization, academic institution, company, consultant, or government body may claim ownership or authorship of the Index without written authorization from CCEI

The World Culture Index Center (WCIC) or any other organization may only use the Index under a formal license agreement approved by CCEI.

5. Governing Law

This Declaration shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.

6. Execution

By signing below, the Assignor confirms that:

• The Index was created in 2025
• The Index has not been assigned, donated, transferred, or pledged to any third party prior to this Declaration
• The Assignor voluntarily executes this Declaration for the purpose of documenting and securing ownership of the Index under CCEI
