Baku Process EDULAB
A global learning and knowledge-sharing platform designed to advance intercultural dialogue through education, knowledge exchange, capacity building, and collaborative learning.
Established within the broader vision of the Baku Process, initiated in 2008, EDULAB builds on nearly two decades of international dialogue and cooperation. To date, the Baku Process has convened six World Forums on Intercultural Dialogue, bringing together governments, international organizations, civil society, academia, cultural leaders, experts, young people, and practitioners from across the world. The first five Forums alone featured more than 250 events and attracted nearly 10,000 participants from 180 countries and 30 international organizations, demonstrating the Baku Process's significant global reach.
EDULAB seeks to transform this accumulated dialogue, experience, and international network into an ongoing ecosystem for learning and knowledge sharing.
Through educational programmes, expert dialogues, digital learning, research conversations, learning resources, youth initiatives, and professional capacity-building activities, EDULAB will help participants develop intercultural competencies, cultural literacy, mutual understanding, critical reflection, and the ability to collaborate across cultures.
By connecting dialogue, culture, education, and knowledge, Baku Process EDULAB aims to ensure that intercultural dialogue continues beyond international forums—becoming a continuous process of learning, exchange, cooperation, and action.
