Founded with Youth Voice
Future Founders Club is launched by the Chartered Culture and Education Institute — CCEI, with Vasif and Jeyran Eyvazzade and their sons - Youth Co-Founders Khazar, Zafar, and Ozar in McLean, Virginia.
Their involvement reflects our belief that youth initiatives should not only be created for young people — they should be shaped with young people.
Designed for two age groups — 10–14 and 15–18 — the Club connects young people with entrepreneurship education, Kidspreneur experiences, founder events, youth challenges, peer networking, pitch opportunities, and mentorship.
Future Founders Club is a continuous community experience where members do more than attend lessons. They join a network of curious, creative, and ambitious young people who want to explore ideas, build confidence, solve problems, and grow as future founders.
Through CCEI’s learning and community ecosystem, members can participate in programs, events, and challenges that help them develop creativity, leadership, communication, financial awareness, innovation skills, and entrepreneurial thinking.

Hello! I am Zafar, Youth Co-Founder of Future Founders Club.
At home, my brothers and I are always sharing ideas. Sometimes they are funny, sometimes they are big, and sometimes they make us think differently. We know that many kids and teens have great ideas too, but they do not always have a place to share them.
Future Founders Club is a community where young people can explore creativity, entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation together. We hope you will join us!

That is why we created Future Founders Club — a community where youth can connect, learn, build confidence, and turn ideas into action. Today, I invite you to join us as we dream bigger, think creatively, and build the future together.

It Started Around Our Family Table
Like many families, we spend a lot of time talking about ideas.
Sometimes they are simple.
Sometimes they are ambitious.
Sometimes they make us laugh.
Sometimes they make us think about how the world could be better.
As a family, we realized that many young people have incredible ideas, creativity, and potential—but often lack a community where they can share, develop, and grow those ideas.
That is why we launched Future Founders Club.
Not as another course.
Not as another activity.
But as a community where young people can connect, create, and grow together.

Today’s young people need more than academic knowledge. They need confidence, communication skills, creativity, financial awareness, problem-solving, and the courage to test ideas.
Future Founders Club gives students a safe and positive space to ask:
