The CCEI Public Governance & Urban Leadership Academy an initiative of the Chartered Culture and Education Institute (CCEI), advances performance standards in governance, leadership, and institutional effectiveness. The Academy offers a flagship assessment: the GovEx Professional Assessment which evaluate competencies, leadership capacity, and institutional excellence.

In addition, the Academy provides two self-paced executive certificate programs: the GovEx Professional Management Program and the Urban Professional Management Program, equipping participants with practical skills, strategic tools, and global benchmarks to advance their careers.
