The CCEI Public Governance & Urban Leadership Academy an initiative of the Chartered Culture and Education Institute (CCEI), advances performance standards in governance, leadership, and institutional effectiveness.

At the core of the Academy is its flagship evaluation tool—the GovEx™ Professional Assessment, which rigorously measures competencies, leadership capacity, and institutional performance against globally benchmarked standards.

In parallel, the Academy offers two self-paced executive certificate programs:

GovEx Professional Management Program
Urban Professional Management Program

These programs equip participants with practical tools, strategic frameworks, and international best practices necessary to navigate complex governance environments and drive institutional excellence.
